Terms & Conditions for Clients Services
Welcome to Princess Med Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By scheduling an appointment and/or receiving services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Client Eligibility:
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Clients with certain medical conditions or allergies must inform our staff before receiving services.
3. Appointment, Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy:
⦁ Appointments can be scheduled through our website, over the phone, or in-person.
⦁ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via call or text. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
⦁ No-shows may be subject to a fee of $100 and may affect future bookings.
⦁ Late arrival is when you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the treatment. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival you will be charged the appropriate Cancellation fee.
4. Health and Medical Information:
⦁ Clients must provide accurate health and medical information before receiving services.
⦁ Inform our staff of any changes in your health or medical history.
5. Consultation and Consent:
⦁ A consultation may be required before certain services.
⦁ Clients must sign a consent form before receiving any treatments, acknowledging the potential risks and benefits.
6. Payment and Pricing:
⦁ Payment is due at the time of service.
⦁ Prices are subject to change without notice.
⦁ We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.
7. Refund Policy:
⦁ Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
⦁ Refunds for prepaid services may be subject to a processing fee.
8. Gift Certificates:
⦁ Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
⦁ Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
9. Med Spa Etiquette:
⦁ Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
⦁ The med spa environment is one of tranquility, please keep noise to a minimum.
⦁ Only patients receiving treatment are allowed in the treatment room and guests must wait in the lobby.
⦁ Princess Med Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
⦁ Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or adverse reactions.
Princess Med Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
